An ancestral visual language, brought into contemporary form.
Mistè begins with the vèvè of Haitian Vodou, sacred ritual symbols that serve as the signatures of the lwa, spiritual presences also known as mistè, or mysteries. The collection translates this visual heritage into a contemporary card deck created for learning and reflection.
Each card pairs cultural context with an affirmation and reflection prompt, inviting you to learn who the lwa are, explore the stories carried through their vèvè, and make space for reflection along the way.
